VidaFitz offers:

• Access to live events (Zoom, social media).
• Exclusive content and recommended products.

To access certain features, you must create an account:

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Subscription Plans:

• Monthly: Automatically renews each month.
• Annual: Automatically renews each year with a discount.

Payment Policy:

• Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your account.
• We do not offer refunds for unused partial periods.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice.

Cancellation:

• You can cancel your subscription at any time.
• You will retain access until the end of the paid period.
• No further charges will be made after cancellation.

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account with others.
• Copy, distribute, or resell our content without authorization.
• Use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access restricted areas.
• Post offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content.
• Interfere with the app's operation.

All VidaFitz content (videos, text, images, programs, recipes) is owned by Iris Gonzalez or licensed for use.

• You have a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written authorization.
• We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

VidaFitz may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Farmasi products, YouTube):

• We are not responsible for the content or policies of external sites.
• Your interaction with third parties is subject to their own terms.
• Review the privacy policies of these sites.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• VidaFitz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• We are not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for your subscription.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service.
• Update these Terms of Service at any time.
• Change prices with prior notice.

We will notify you of significant changes via email or notice in the app.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service.
• Your request to delete your account.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts.
